Directions:

  1. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just moistened.
  2. Stir in 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips.
  3. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
