This recipe comes from my buddy, Fronk, who is an excellent cook. We loooove when he makes these cookies for us! I was worried I wouldn't be able to make them as good as he does, but the recipe is simple, and mine came out delicious-o! Read more !
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups oats
12 oz. choc. chips (i recommend half milk and half white)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix butter, sugers, salt, cinnamon, eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix in flour and baking soda.
4. Mix in oats and chips.
5. Add to greased 18 X 11 pan, and bake for 14 minutes. They will look wet and moist, but will set up in a few minutes. Don't over cook!
6. They are best when served the following day, and have had a night to cool and continue to set up. Then just cut and serve!
