Chocolate Chip Muffins Gluten Free

This comes from Quick Cooking Jan 2000 but made with gluten free flour.
Ingredients:
2 cups gf flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
