These are a great low fat cookie! Fantastic for those chocolate lovers. :)
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup light margarine
1/3 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
3. Set aside.
4. Mix together the next 3 ingredients.
5. Blend together first& second and add yogurt, vanilla and chocolate chips.
6. Dough will be on the wet side.
7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake 8-10 minutes.
