Chocolate Chip Bars

This recipe is from the cookbook How It All Vegan.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups dry sweetener
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup soymilk or 1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup carob chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sweetener.
3. Add the oil, vanilla, milk, and chocolate chips and mix together gently until just mixed.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Test with a knife to see if done.
6. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
