I love banana bread and what better way to make it tastier than to add some chocolate to the mix!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3 bananas)
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips.
3. Mix well.
4. Gently stir in chips.
5. Pours into greased loaf pan.
6. Bake 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes.
