Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

My wife's banana bread recipe. It's a staple around our house as we hate to throw out over-ripe bananas and - more importantly - our kids love it.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan.
2. Mix apple juice and sugar together. Add eggs and banana and beat well.
3. Sift dry ingredients and add.
4. Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into loaf pan.
6. Bake for 50 minutes.
