Chocolate Chip and Pecan Zucchini Loaf

I am currently growing zucchinis in my garden and didn't realize how quickly they grow. Now I have more zucchinis than I know what to do with!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup zucchini, unpeeled and grated
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat eggs until frothy. Beat in oil and sugars. Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
3. Stir well and add to zucchini mixture. Stir until moistened.
4. Pour into greased loaf pan (9x5 inch). Bake for 55-60 minutes in 350 F oven. Test the loaf by inserting a toothpick to see if it comes out clean.
5. Let the loaf stand for 10 minutes before removing from the pan onto a wire rack for cooling.
