Sugar-free version of Ruth's Hemp Foods recipe. My husband likes to use as a dip for apple slices. I process the chia seeds first in my coffee grinder - it gives the pudding a smoother texture.
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Whir all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes.
