Chocolate Cheesecake Strawberries

This easy recipe is fun to make with the kids and delicious! Makes 20-30 strawberries and can serve about 8 people (if they only eat about 2-3 strawberries each but i doubt it!). Perfect dessert after a summer dinner or as a yummy snack! Read more ! ps- i included the chilling time in the prep time!
Ingredients:
-2 16 ounce packages fresh stawberries, washed (tops still attached)
-1 11-ounce package no bake cheesecake
-1 7 ounce container dipping chocolate
-melted white chocolate to drizzle or sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
1. -wash and dry strawberries and lay on waxed paper lined trays or baking sheets, about 1 inch apart from eachother.
2. -prepare cheesecake mix according to package instructions, expept do not prepare crust. let mixture stand for 3-5 minutes or until slightly thickens.
3. -holding strawberry by its top, dip into cheescake mix, covering the berry right under the leafy top. place on tray. repeat with rest of strawberries. refigerate for 10-15 minutes (to help set cheesecake mix).
4. -remove tray from fridge and set aside. melt dipping chocolate according to package instructions. dip cheesecake covered strawberries, one at a time, in chocolate to coat.
5. -drizzle melted white chocolate in criss-cross pattern or squiggly lines and/or top with sprinkles (optional)
6. -place strawberries back on tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
7. -keep in fridge until ready to serve.
8. -enjoy!
