Directions:

  1. TO PREPARE CRUST:.
  2. Mix chocolate wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
  3. Add melted butter or margarine to crumb mixture and mix with a fork until completely moistened.
  4. Press mixture into the bottom and up one third of the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  6. TO PREPARE FILLING:.
  7. Mix together cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
  8. Beat in flour.
  9. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  10. Beat in sour cream.
  11. Blend in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
  12. Pour into prepared crust.
  13. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes then lower to 300 degrees.Bake an additional 45 minutes.
  14. Turn over off the oven and allow the cake to cool off in the oven for an hour.
  15. Remove from the oven and cool completely.Refrigerate overnight.
