This one looked good, so I just had to take down the recipe. Ingredients:
1 chocolate wafer pie crust |
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 3. Add flour and beat well. 4. Add eggs; beat on low just until combined. 5. Stir in vanilla and chocolate just until blended. Pour over crust. 6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. 7. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. 8. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. 9. Chill over night. |
