Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup of milk in heavy saucepan over low heat,stirring often till smooth. Set aside.
  3. Mix remaining milk cake mix n margarine in large bowl. Press 1/2 of the cake mixutre onto bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
  4. Bake 8 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of walnuts and 1.2 cup chocolate chips over cake,top with caramels mixture, spreading to edge of pan.
  6. Top with teaspoonfulls of remaining cake mixture over top. press gently into caramel mixture.
  7. Sprinkl with remaining 1/3 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  8. Bake 18 minutes.
  9. Cool and cut into bars.
