Chocolate Brownies

These are the best brownies I have ever made. So easy and so good. I have tried using oil instead of butter and pecans instead of walnuts but they never turned out quite as good.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
3 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup walnuts, chopped
icing
1/2 cup butter
1 cup icing sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons hot coffee
Directions:
1. Add sugars and cocoa to melted butter, blend well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder into mixture, stir. Add vanilla and walnuts stir until mixed. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 mins in a 350 Degree oven.
2. Icing.
3. Put butter, sugar and cocoa in food processor, mix well. Add liquid and blend until smooth. Ice brownies when cooled.
