Here's a healthy drink from the May 2007 cookbooklet, Smoothies & Summer Drinks.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups soymilk
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, blending at high speed until well-blended, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into chilled glass & enjoy!
