Chocolate Banana Smoothie

About as simple as you get here. Still one of my favorites and very healthy!
Ingredients:
1 -1 1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup milk (i use skim)
1 banana
2 -4 tablespoons cocoa powder (i.e. ovaltine)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick like a malt or shake.
2. Drink and enjoy!
