This is a shake that I designed to be apart of a weight loss program for myself. It will be used either as breakfast or a 4th meal.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
28 g worldwide chocolate deluxe whey powder
6 ounces skim milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 large egg
Directions:
1. Blend all together in blender.
