  1. Mix milk and cream cheese in blender.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Place in freezer to chill.
  5. You could experiment by substituting the banana with 1/2 cup of strawberries or other fruit, but I haven't tried doing this yet.
  6. It could affect the texture.
