Chocolate And Fig Mousse

A lovely, figgy end to a meal, that looks like you spent HOURS doing it. Little do they know.....
Ingredients:
7 fresh figs, use whatever type you like best
1/2 pint vanilla gelato (if necessary, use french vanilla ice cream)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate, shaved
Directions:
1. Set 1 fig aside for garnish, and peel the rest.
2. In a food processor, combine the peeled figs, gelato (or ice cream) and cocoa powder. Puree until smooth.
3. Transfer to serving dishes.
4. Sprinkle with the shaved chocolate.
5. Cut the reserved fig into quarters, the long way, and use 1/4 to garnish each serving dish.
