Chocolate and Banana Muffins

A healthy version for chocolate muffins
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup flax seed oil
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup dark unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup flax seed
6 ounces 60% semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix first five ingredients together; separatelty, mix dry ingredients.
2. Blend the two mixtures together, fold in chips and flax seeds.
3. Generously fill 24 paper lined muffin cups.
4. Bake at 400 degress F for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy :).
