Remember that evaporated milk, including the non-fat variety, makes a great half and half creamer. If you don't want to use sugar, try about 1/2 packet of Sweet N Low or a whole packet of Equal. I found this recipe in Pop It, Stir It, Fit It, Serve It. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup brewed coffee
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
cream
artificial artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. Add the almond and vanilla extracts and the cocoa to your brewed coffee and stir until dissolved.
2. Add cream and sweetener if desired.
