Chocohalics Sweet Fix Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

Close your eyes and imagine taking a bite of something so intense and rich, so creamy and fudgey, and so chocolately you actually moan out loud.....then this treat has your name all over it. Wonderful for special events or an intimate after dinner dessert. Read more . This comes via a lovely lady I know who used to make chocolates for her specialty chocolate store.
Ingredients:
chocolate crumb crust ingredients
1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup hershey’s cocoa (dry)
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine.
filling ingredients
2 cup (12 oz pkg) real semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
1 (14oz) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300º.
2. Prepare chocolate crust first and set aside:
3. In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, Hershey’s cocoa, and melted butter/margarine.
4. Press mixture firmly on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
5. To prepare the filling:
6. In heavy sauce pan, over very low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
7. In large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
8. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
9. Add melted chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla.
10. Mix well and then pour into prepared pan.
11. Bake 65 minutes or until center is set.
12. Cool, chill, Refrigerate leftovers!
13. Note: It usually takes longer than 1 hr in oven.)
