Choc Caramel Puddings

This pudding is divine. Serve while warm.
Ingredients:
spray oil
1 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg lightly beaten
30g butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped jersey caramels
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
ice cream to serve
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to moderate. Spray the 4 i cup ramekins with oil.
2. 2. Sift flour and cocoa together in a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
3. 3. Blend in milk, egg and melted butter. Fold in caramels.
4. 4. Place ramekins in a baking dish. Pour enough HOT water to come up to half-way of the ramekins.
5. 6. bake until cooked when tested. Serve warm with ice-cream.
