Chobani Bruléed Banana Waffles

Ingredients:
21/4 c chobani vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 c instant oatmeal
1 c buttermilk
4 t canola oil
1 large egg
2/3 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c cornstarch
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 t kosher salt
4 bananas halved and chopped
3/4 c orange juice
1/4 c toasted slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Mix 1/4 c Chobani with oatmeal. Add buttermilk, oil and egg.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine with Chobani mixture. Cook in a greased waffle iron.
3. Brown bananas in a greased nonstick pan over medium heat for 2 min. Flip, add orange juice, cook 30 seconds.
4. Serve over waffles with more Chobani and almonds.
