Ingredients:
2 small bunches chives
1/3 bunch fresh italian (flat-leaf) parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
salt
Directions:
1. Follow the instructions for making Red Pepper Butter, processing the combined ingredients for 45 seconds to 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
