Ingredients:
2 (2 ounce) packages buddig smoked chipped beef (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
1 cup hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with mixer or food processor until dip is smooth.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
3. Serve with Bugles or Ruffles.
