Chipotle's Signature Guacamole

This is a fresh guac without garlic. With 3 cups of cilantro, you really get your greens.
Ingredients:
6 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup citrus juice (lemon and lime)
3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups red onions, finely chopped
12 large serrano chilies, seeded and finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
1. Using a fork, mash avocados with citrus juice in small bowl.
2. Add cilantro, chopped onion, serrano chilies, and salt. Stir to combine. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
