Chipotle Taco Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor add the chipotle peppers in adobo, vinegar, sugar and tomato paste.
  2. Cover with lid and puree until smooth.
  3. With blender or food processor running add a slow stream of water until you reach the desired thickness of your perfered taco sauce.
  4. You may wish to use less or add more water than 1 cup.
  5. This keeps in the fridge for 1 month.
