Ingredients:
1 lbs yellow potatos cut in 1 in pieces
1 tablespoon dejon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil real mayo
1/4 cup sour cream ( or buttermilk for low fat)
* 1 can chipolty and adobo sauce
a pinch cumin
Directions:
1. boil potatos until your perfect tender
2. for your sauce add mustard mayo sour cream cumin in a large bowl and if you dont like heat only chop up 1 chili if you like it hot ive dont up to 5 chilis the whole can and yes your mouth will be on fire!!!
3. the adobo sauce it come in had no heat its full flavor so add all the sauce
