Chipotle Chicken Salads

This is a quick way to make a delicious mexican salad
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp oil
1 firm ripe avocado
2 tbsp lime juice
1 can black beans, rinsed
1/2 cup chipotle salsa
3-4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Cut chicken in 1 in pieces
2. Toss chicken with 1 tsp cumin
3. Heat oil in skillet on medium high and cook chicken 5 minutes
4. Stir salsa in with chicken, then remove from heat
5. Cut avocado into chunks
6. Toss avocado with lime juice, black beans, and 1/2 tsp cumin
7. Serve chicken and bean mixture atop lettuce
8. If desired top with crushed tortilla chips
