Chinese Style Lemon Rice

A flavorful rice and full of spices.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 onion, peeled, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Directions:
1. Add oil in a wok over high heat, when hot, saute the onion cubes, and minced ginger, then stir fry grated lemon zest and ground cumin over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
2. Add the rice into the wok, stirring and tossing to mix well, season with salt.
3. Remove from the wok to a bowl, serve immediately.
