Chinese-Style Chicken Thighs

Tender chicken-very flavorful sauce. Hope you like it.
Ingredients:
6 bone-in skinless chicken thighs, fat removed
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove minced garlic
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
3. Combine oil, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic.
4. Pour over chicken.
5. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes to 1 hour, until chicken is done.
6. Transfer chicken to a serving platter.
7. Combine cornstarch and water.
8. Add to juices in baking dish.
9. Stir to mix.
10. Return to oven.
11. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
12. Spoon over chicken.
