Chinese Style Beef With Noodles

Gingery Stir fried noodles with beef.
Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodles
1/2 cup water
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1 lb beef, sliced thinly
6 green onions, sliced
1 inch gingerroot, slivered
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in a weak chicken broth.
2. Drain and spread on a rack for 3 hours.
3. Combine water, salt, 2 tsp soy sauce and chicken powder.
4. Heat 2 tbspoil in wok over high heat.
5. Stir fry noodles for 3 minutes.
6. Pour water mixture over noodles.
7. Stir fry 2 more minutes.
8. Remove and keep warm.
9. Heat remaining oil over high heat.
10. Add beef, onions, ginger, garlic and remaining soy sauce.
11. Stir fry about 5 minutes.
12. Serve over noodles.
