A easy rice side dish. We eat this with just about any kind of meat. Hope you like it.
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1 stick butter (cut into chunks)
2 cups water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp (low sodium) soy sauce
1 cup frozen peas
Directions:
1. In a buttered or sprayed casserole dish place all ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
