A simple cabbage salad with crunchy ramen noodles.
Ingredients:
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles with seasoning packet
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine cabbage, green onion and almonds. Crush ramen noodles and add to bowl with cilantro. Toss.
2. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and contents of ramen noodle seasoning packet. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture. Serve.
