Chinese Orange Chicken

Ingredients:
400 g chicken fillets
1 orange
4 tablespoons vinegar
50 g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions:
1. Peel the orange, press the juice out and chop the peel.
2. Cut the chicken fillets in pieces.
3. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes,.
4. Add all the other ingredients except the butter, and cook for 15 minutes without lid.
5. After cooking, add the butter. Serve with rice.
