Chinese Mustard and Sesame Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon bottled sweetened lime juice
1 -2 tablespoon hot water
Directions:
1. Heat seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring until very fragrant.
2. Pour into a bowl. Whisk in mustard, oil and lime juice.
3. Thin to desired consistency with hot water.
