Ingredients:
a lot of garlic
a rasher of bacon (diced)
1 egg
2 teaspoon(s) garlic
2 cup(s) mushrooms
1 onion (stripes)
1 cup(s) peas
rice
salt & pepper to taste
2 cup(s) small prawns
soy sauce
Directions:
1. Stir fry the ingredients.
2. In a separate small pan, pour a beaten egg (I whip it round a bit to add lightness)
3. When the egg is cooked, cut it in small pieces & add to the rest of the stir fry.
4. Cook rice & add soy sauce to it when ready.
5. Add rice to the stir fry. Continue stirring & frying.
