This is a good cold salad. You can add chopped carrots or celery if you like.
Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup slivered almonds
3 -5 green onions, chopped
2 packages ramen noodles (noodles only, dry)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Chop cabbage and onions, chill.
2. Saute next 4 ingredients together until crisp.
3. Before serving mix and toss with dressing.
