I hear from parents everywhere that their kids love it. Most people serve it with Skirt Steak. It's so versatile. You can spoon it over chicken and fish, or even offer it as a dip for veggies.
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons drained capers
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place garlic in food processor; process until minced. Add parsley, cilantro, and mint; process until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients; process until finely chopped.
2. Kids Can Help: Kids can pick the herbs or chop the tops off of them with a safe knife. They can also measure the ingredients for you. With your help, let them pulse the ingredients in a food processor.
