Chimichurri Sauce

I like making this sauce because it leaves lots of room to play. You can add more garlic or peppers to your tastes. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups italian flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2/3 cup olive oil
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. 1. Add the parsley and garlic to a food processor, and pulse a few times to chop. Add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the food processor a few times.
2. 2. While processing, slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream to combine the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
