An Argentinian sauce/marinade. Especially good with grilled meats like steak. Adapted from a recipe by Ty Robbins on
Ingredients:
4 ounces fresh parsley
8 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Trim the very ends off the parsley stems. Put the parsley, stems and all, into a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse 8-12 times until well blended, but not puréed.
