I had some left over pizza dough & chicken and cheese goes with everything so I made some sort of chimichanga variation. The amount of time is based on making the filling onward excluding the time of making pizza crust. I prefer Taco bells Bold & Creamy Chipolte sauce to be drizzled on top.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb cooked chicken breast
8 tablespoons cream cheese
2 ounces cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
1 garlic clove
3 olives
1 tablespoon butter
1 lb thin pizza dough
1/4 cup chipotle hot sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 450.
2. Place chicken, cheeses, chillies, garlic & olives into a food processor until it becomes a paste.
3. Use spray or oil on a pan & then roll out the pizza crust.
4. Place filling on the thinned out pizza dough crust & then wrap like a burrito pinching the edges so that the cheese stays inside.
5. Brush the top with melted butter if desired.
6. Place in the oven until browned (15 minute depending on your pizza dough).
7. Slice and place on plates followed by a drizzle of my fav. Chipotle hot sauce, Taco bell Bold & Creamy Chipotle Sauce .
