Chilli Seasoned Potato Wedges

You can alter the spice amounts to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 large baking potatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. 1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soup mix, chilli powder,salt, garlic powder and pepper.
2. 2. Cut each potato into eight wedges, place in bag and shake to coat.
3. 3. Arrange in a single layer in a greased 15 in x 10 in x 1 in baking pan. Drizzle with oil.
4. 4. Bake uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes.
5. 5. Turn bake 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp.
