Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well
  2. Cut spareribs into bitsize peices
  3. Place ribs in roasting dish
  4. Cover with marinade
  5. If time allows, set aside for 1 hour
  6. Cook at 160 degrees for 45 - 60 mins basting every 15 mins and turning half way through.
  7. Turn off oven and rest 15 mins
  8. Enjoy.
  9. Serve with lemon finger dip and napkins
