Homemade chilli with ground beef and veggies
Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
28 ounce diced tomatoes (with jalapenos, if available)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 3/4 cup red kidney beans
1 3/4 cup pinto beans
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
