Chilli Calamari Sticks

Very tasty and quick to make, good for a party, a favourite with seafood lovers
Ingredients:
30 bambo skewers (15cm)
1 kg squid, tubes
1 cup chili sauce
chopped fresh coriander
Directions:
1. Soak bamboo skewers Score the squid tubes at 5mm intervals.
2. Cut into 3cm strips Threat the squid onto the skewers Drizzle with sweet chill sauce Char grill for 3- 4 minutes or until tender.
3. Serve with extra chilli sauce and chopped fresh coriander.
4. Tip- Can also use mushroom, capsicum or any other vegetable on the skewers with the squid.
