Great with a cold Chardonnay
Ingredients:
12 green prawns,shelled and de viened
3 chillies chopped
1 large piece of ginger sliced into strips
2tblps peanut oil
1 crushed clove garlic
1/2 thinlley sliced capsicum
1 leek sliced
1 tsp chopped coriander
2 nips brandy
Directions:
1. Heat wok on high heat add oil garlic chilli and ginger. Stir fry 1 min. Add prawns, capsicum and leek. Stir fry till prawns are almost cooked. Add coriander mix. then flame with brandy
