Ingredients:
1 (9-ounce) package frozen french-style green beans
1 cup finely chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
1 cup thinly sliced cucumber (about 1 small)
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup fat-free italian dressing
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
1. Cook green beans according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Place beans in a large bowl. Add tomato and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
