Chilled Cucumber Soup

This chilled dish is wonderful!
Ingredients:
3 chopped cucumbers
1 1/2 c. of plain yogurt
1/4 c.of sour cream
1/2 tsp. of english-style dry mustard
salt and pepper
1/4 c. of chopped fresh dill
fresh lemon juice
to taste cucumber slices
dill sprigs, for garnish
Directions:
1. First you want to blend chopped cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, mustard, until smooth.
2. Salt and pepper to taste
3. Then you can transfer to a bowl.
4. Next you need to chill soup until ready to eat.
5. Just before serving, pour in finely diced cucumber, dill and lemon juice. Garnish.
6. Cucumber slices will make a beautiful garnish.
